In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies implemented various measures to mitigate the impact of the crisis. However, there was a persistent concern among leaders about whether their actions were sufficient, or perhaps even too much. To address this issue, ERDA conducted a survey across the Baltics to understand the actions taken by other companies and establish benchmarks for best practices. The survey sought to identify strategies for reducing costs while keeping employees engaged.
